 COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS 

In an effort to go beyond the CDC guidelines the following procedures are in place to insure the safety of our clients and therapists at our Wappingers Falls and Beacon location.

Prior to Arrival:

If you answer YES to any of the following questions, please reschedule. There will be no fees charged for same day cancellations due to COVID-19 related conditions.

  • Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above?

  • Do you know, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms (including fever, chills, sore throat, cough, muscle aches, or shortness of breath)?

  • Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been there diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms?

  • Have you traveled anywhere outside the states in the last two weeks? If so where?

  • Have you had a new loss of sense or taste or smell?

Appointment Arrival:

If you arrive early, send a text to 845-522-0825 indicating your arrival. Please wait in your vehicle until you are asked to enter.

Prior to Entering the office:

  • Temperatures will be taken.

  • Masks are mandatory if you have not been fully vaccinated. ( if you do not have a mask one will be provided).

  • You will have to sanitize your hands before entering the treatment room.

In the Treatment Room:

If you are not fully vaccinated, mask must be on at all times except when lying in prone position (face down). 

Leaving the Treatment Room:

Hands must be washed prior to leaving the office.
