LET'S GO. It's Spring time. This is the perfect time to do a seasonal Cleanse/Detox. I am using "FIRST CLEANSE" (by Renew Life) it's totally organic , of course (-:
It's really gentle on the system and only two capsules in the morning 1/2 hours before any food or 2 hours after your first morning meal. Evening time is only 2 capsules. You will get better results if you are eating totally organic fruits, veggies, free range meats, and wild caught fish during the cleanse. Also I make a green smoothie with Kale, Melon, Cantaloupe, teaspoon of the following: pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, chia seed, flax seed and apple. You just have to try it, it is really good.
You will most likely start to see results after the firsts week. I am doing the 14 day cleanse. They do however have a 30 day cleanse.
