Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue works the deeper levels of tissues and muscles to assist in breaking down scar tissue and adhesions. Direct pressure with a combination of lengthening and cross-fiber strokes, anchor and stretch techniques are used to free muscles from entrapment. While Deep Tissue can be sometimes become uncomfortable, it does “Not” have to be painful. Clients are always in control of their level of tolerance.
